EF Core power tool

Em đang học Entity và đến lúc cần visualize model thì cần install EF Core power tool, em đã install rồi mà khi right click vào project thì lại không thấy ạ, em check trong Mange extensions chỗ installed cũng không thấy luôn ạ. Project em đang làm target .net core 3.1 và Entity Framework core 3.1 ạ.
